I sure hope they cover it. If it was not factory installed, the insurance company may very well try to weasel out of it. That's how they roll.

My husband and I were the ones that stopped to help, when we got to the truck it was only smoke and the 2 ladies were panicking and overwhelmed. Quickly after we got to the truck it went up in flames, after using 2 of our fire extinguishers to try to put it out and my husband burning his arm... we realized that the truck was gone. We then went to the Rhino and my husband and myself pushed the Rhino off the trailer and saved it.
Sorry for your loss Tom
Your welcome
PS.. I was amazed to see so many rigs driving by and not stopping even though you could see it was only 2 people rushing to help.

Important lesson to learn here: Fuse 18" from the battery on the main power line. If this was done, most likely would've prevented this.
Glad no one was hurt otherwise. It's just a truck and can be replaced.

What, no fuse? Doesn't a fuse protect for that
A fuse would protect against that if there was one installed at the battery like it should be. If this was installed by a stereo shop I'd be talking to them about replacement cost of the rig due to negligence.
But glad no body was hurt.
