Just got back from Glamis.
Stock exhaust is banging into the support for the bed. Is this a common problem?
My fuel gauge is stuck on Full. Anyone else?
Then yesterday we were on the other side of the canal. Ran fine. Then We hit the old canal. Got down to the bottom and it was running out of fuel. The fuel filter had very little fuel in it. I just moved the fuel filter to look at it and it ran fine after that.
So electric fuel pump and different style filter here we come.
My buddys Rhino had fuel problems but that was an 05. Did they change the system from then? He had to run a different filter. If he runs his out of gas he cant get hi stock pump to prime the system.
Im still pissed there useing a fuel pump out of a jet ski. Hmm sand dirt and a diafram(SP)
Had fun.But now Im not shure I trust this thing.

I have never used my fuel gauge like in a car, usually after you shut it off then turn it back on, it will register lower, I usually refuel after one bar is gone, just to be safe.

i got 1300 miles on my fuel system, not one problem. Change the filter regularly and you will be good.
I dont have the 07 dash, but i know the fuel gauge is a POS.

I just purchased a 07 and my exhaust muffler hits my bed rail also. Is this a 07 thing?

Brand new mine hits also. A friend of mine said he fixed his by running it for a while then pushing the muffler downward with his foot. I'm going to try it this weekend @ glamis.

Mine is so loose if you pushed it down with your foot it will probably break off.
07 with 17 hrs.
Change the filter? So on averege I need to change the filter like every 12 hrs.

I think not.
Ill just start ripping out the stock stuff and do it right.
So your out 20 miles from a road and oh hold on my 12 hrs is up time to change it or I will never make it back to the truck.
So why do all the other toys and crap I own have no problems and I change those filters like once a year?
Are the filters on a Rhino really small micron? And plug easily.
Is there a bigger filter to use or just go to Napa and find one that will work?

The rhino seems to suck alot of crap in the lines rather quickly, I have read many people posts about how they carry spare filters, I have a highflow mikuni and it came with a bigger flowing filter, after 3 trips, I am noticing some stuttering as if the filter is clogged, i will be changing it for this weekend.

I carry a spare filter in my glovebox. Either they suck crap, or over time the stock one disentigrates and clogs up chit. I get em at napa, i forget the part # but they are dirt cheap.

We have noticed on some of the 04-06 the factory fuel line comes apart. the outside of the line is fine but the inside breaks down and clogs the fuel filter. I changed my fuel lines and havent had any problems.

I have an 06 SE, something rattles in the back at idle but I think it is the sheet metal (tin is more like it)under the bed. Mine didn't come with a fuel gauge but I just installed a BRP fuel gauge and a water temp gauge (what a bizzzznach that was to install). I 100% agree, change the fuel filter on a regular basis. I don't believe that it is an issue on mine with the fuel line degrating, just the dusty environment.
