Broke the tranny on my last trip,,,,bummer! I was going along having fun and under power the tranny gives. No jumping, no side stepping it just went, no huge bang or aggressive noise/vibration. I coast down hill and need to be towed back, first time in many years.
So we break it down and drive to rancho. I call Sam to see what the actual problem was and the ring and pinion broke in half. broke in half with a clean break,,,,weird. Sam says he thinks Mendi will warranty it. SWEET. Thank you Sam for the honesty and good work. Thank you Mendi for seeing the failure and taking care of me the end-user. Saved me about $1200. It really made me feel better putting it all back in knowing a bad situation was made alot better,,,,,, hats off to all involved. I have always gone to Rancho and had reat expreiences....

Why did they warranty it...was it caused by mendi's failure...that is great that they took care of you like that...sweet.
