Hey Slap, we have had a visitor the past few mornings when I leave for work. He is usally gone by the time I get home for work but sure enough the web is back up in the morning. I wish I could get a better pic of him. I am gonna try again in the morning with a longer exposure. He is about the size of a quarter and brownish tan. He looks like some of the spiders that you see out in the washes. I dont like spiders. Specially ones of this size. The way i see it he could prolly walk away with the baby next door to us. I think I will leave him since he doesnt seem to be doing any harm.

OOOHHH he is beautimus. Thanks for the pics downhillin1. Yea, Slap gets all wiggly when it comes to spiders, but they sure be slapptacious to have around to take care of bugs. He prolly ain't gonna bother ya, and it would be cool to see how long he lasts with ya. And dat silhouetted picture looks good on him. Man, you sure he is only the size of a quarter?

HMMM, Mrs. McDuner don't dig spiders at all. As a matter of fact, a furry eight legged friend crawled right up her...um...uh...AND SHE WENT NUTSMCFLAPPIZOID. She ran over Slap doin mach 4, and didn't stop runnin till she hit water. Hey, wait a minute...there is a freeway close by, sooooooo, "OH PUMPKIN LIPS, downhillin1 has somethin to show ya, and put on your runnin shoes." It's rush hour to...
SHOCKER
Take some WD40 and a match and light on fire and watch him dance

each mornin I have a bunch of those little SOBs around my garage door. Hate that shiz to cause I always walk right in to the web and the little ba$turds are just waiting for me!!! >:<

I can never find the bug juice and I think I can hear them laugh at me while I cry runnin around trying to get the webs off of me.. :.(. :.(. :.(.
SO this morning I turned around and found a NEW weapon!!!!
Elmers Spray Glue
Couple squirts and they are glued to their own webs.. I leave them up so the other spiders can see them.. I think it might help keep the new owns off my property! :black:

End of summer each year is the time of year for these things and their webs are HUGE.. I hate them all.. :bash:

Come on Chum, have some fun with them. Through an ant or fly into the web and watch them go apeshiat for it, like you used to do back in the day . . .

P.S. Moths work good as well
Chummin

I have burned a couple of these myself. This one is out of the way and in a place you can enjoy looking at it without it feeling like its gonna jump and get you!
