Hey Tom, I remember you asking me to show you how I cut my front fenders on my banshee... here's a pic. I actually rounded them off now because they were hella sharp.

SHOCKER
Wow its hard to see but it looks like it comes to two points. :?

Sal really can't see much there buddy. Did you use a hacksaw blade to do the trimming?

I use one on mine to cut the plastic up and then I used some wet & dry sand paper to get rid of the ruff edges and to round off the corners.

How much did you cut off, I see the front fenders are gone...
ZukiFreak
M.D did you get a banshee?

Best way to cut any Plastic is with a heat knife.
By using a heat knife you will get away from discoloring the plastic and any uneven edges. Then you can go back and sand it down.

Actualy anything pre 97 can be at 101db according to the law. So dallas's bike is pre89 so 101 cuts it.

Yeah I saw that and it looks cool but I thought you were going to cut the back fenders a little to.

That was a good idea to round them off or someone could have gotten impaled. :.(. >:<
SAL
Tom, no I haven't cut the back fenders... yet... what do you think?? should I get rid of those, too???
DUNE
No just trim the bottoms up about 4" and that will make the quad look like it's taller.
