The menu I plan on cooking is the following:
Starting off with Papa Perry's world famous Jalapeno poppers
BBQ Pulled Pork sandwich's (slow cooked over hickory coals 12 hours +)
Corn on the cob
Wicked Mother-in-law potato salad (Mikey likes it!)
If there is anyone who does not eat pork and plans on attending, please PM me
I will make sure you have something to eat. But you have to commit to being in Glamis and helping with the cleanup.
