Before the bike wars start, I still have and love my 1985 atc 250r. I love the two strokes, and the Banshee is still the best new two stroke available imho. Anyways, with the pro flo intake and FMF SST pipes are there any jetting recomendations? I'm asking because my buddies ran terrible with the jetting done according to FMF. When we put the stock jets back in w/ the pipe and intake it ran awesome. :?:

I have the same mods as you and I run 310 main jets and 30 pilot jets and it runs great.

yeah im runnin the FMF fattys with a k&n and pro flow. i run a 300 with a 32.5 without a problem. dont listen to FMF cuz they set it up with no other mods in mind.

just thought about this you might have to go up on jetting if your running no air lid or box. i run the air a modified air lid. some say runnin without the air lid adds more hp but i dont bother. i get just as much with it. keep that in mind.

and dont buy the fmf jetting kit. i hear they dont work worth a damn. and its $50 for the kit. i spent maybe $12 on jetts total.

Thanks. I'll pro'lly take it out before season starts and do some jetting changes and some plug checks. Gotta get the motor broke in anyways. :burn:

I ran a 300 main (forget the pilot) when I had my banshee with the same setup
