I've heard rumors from multiple people that some of the closures are/have been opened?? Is this true??

The only thing on this that was mentioned yesterday is that the record of decision has not yet been filed and there is apparently a new notice of intent to sue, aimed at keeping the closures in place.
Without that record of decision the RAMP is still just a draft and the closures remain.
We'll keep trying to get an update on this...

jsyi's right, one group or another is always trying to turn the temporary closures into permanent closures.
But we all have to keep fighting these bad guys, with everything we have.
Why are they called temporary closures? Because that's what they are, in technical terms. It's totally in the hands of the RAMP and the courts to determine just how temporary they are.

They would close every place on earth down if they could, they would be running aroud hugging trees and smelling flowers, then outa nowhere a rail runs over that flower and crashes into the tree and catches the tree on fire(dont worry nothin happened to the rail).
