I think this was on here before, but I'm not sure. I'm wondering about the Banshee "boost bottle". Does it actually work, or is it just a way to part this fool with his money?

NO, THEY DON'T WORK. YOUR BETTER OFF KEEPING THE CROSS OVER TUBE TO BALANCE OUT YOUR BIKE. IT'S JUST ANOTHER WAY TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU.

The boost bottle is only 30 bucks, and instead of buying a new manifold i just have to drill a hole through the top of the manifold

well it works if you spend time in your lower rpm's. i had to spend a year puttin around cuz my g/f was learning and thats when i noticed a diference. its not a HUGE...WOW!!!! i feel the difference but if you pay attention to it you can feel a smal difference. i did some reasearch on it before i bought mine and they say its for lower rpm's and more like forest riding and such. so if you dont do alot of that stuff then dont spend the money. get something cool for the $30 it costs to buy it.
thats my $.02

It doesn't do a single thing for you. Your better off with the stock balance tube. For the same price of $35 you can buy a ricky stator timing plate and advance it 2-4 degrees and notice a huge difference!

go to ricky stator next door to Duncan in Santee and they have one for $35. Do go any higher than +4 on it though or else you might run into a little overheating problem. You might have to go up a size on the main jet also. Money well spent. You'll also need a flywheel puller if you don't already have one.

Danny at Hy-Tech ATV told me and I did it, that he takes the stock plate and notches it with a dremel and that gives you 4 deg ad. I did mine 4 yrs ago and it works great.

Thanks for the link sic. I think I will give that a try, also I would like to get the stator for some bigger lights. The stock lighting on the shee is week. Have you or anyone upgraded the lights on the shee? What did you do?

Go to that link. I'm using the 200watt one and I'm running 2 75 watt billet lights off of it and am very happy with it. I believe it costs 175 for the new stator and the new timing plate. These guys are great to deal with and are well known in the buisness. They can also make you any size stator you want. I've bought his a-arms also and a flywheel and think they were all very reasonably priced.
As for the blaster you'll have to call them or email them
