Full Version: Whats Your Ratio?
GlamisDunes.com > Sandrail Forums > Sandrail Stuff
DUNE DICER
MY ratio is .88/2

Just wondering, what is your ratio?:

Money spent on the SAND RAIL TOY,,,, compared to,,,,,, Money spent on the RIG TO SUPPORT the trips to the Glamis.

I.E. I've wrapped up 97 thousand in the buggy and 109 thousand in the Motorhome and the trailer combination.
SO,,,97 divided by 109 = .88

The 2 after the slash ( / ) stands for a two seat buggy.

Its kinda technical ( I hate MATH $#%&#%@& ) so I thought this would be a good place for "Sandrail technical discussion".

I would be happier if I had 400k in the SAND RAIL TOY and 50k in the SUPPORT RIG that would give me a better ratio!!!

I'd BE 8.0/2

I also have never spent over 16K on any vehicle. The buggy is a different story.

That's a good question... It's always the support equipment that's a killer but no one seems to think about it very much.

.93/4 if I just use the buggy, but if I add in the other sand toys it is 1.22.

Now I am going motorhome shopping this weekend, so the ratio is going to change.

i'm not gonna include the cost of my truck into teh equation. Its not a recreational vehicle. Just because me and my brother have to sleep in it when its raining doesnt make it an Motorhome!! lmao.gif

the number after the / is the number of seats in the rail. Check the first post.
