Tip when they do a crappy job serving you that way the next pepole they serv will be just as pissed as you

tip when you feel the waitress/waiter did more than just serve you food like she is getting paid for. Do you tip jonny for getting you your big mac? or extra ranch?
My sister is a waitress, so believe me i know how much they depend on tips, but tips are just that a tip. They know how to get a good tip if they want them. People wouldnt go into that industry if they didnt know what was involved. If they are having a bad day well than that sucks i have bad days at work and i still need to remain professional. Waiters and waitress dont need to bend over backwards or go out of there way just have a good attitude

I will tip if the waitress was good but the food sucked... i tip based on the service givin to me. If the food is horrible i will just not go back but im not going to make it the waitress's fault for the bad food. I have at times upon outstanding service asked for the manager and told him what a wonderful waiter/waitress that person was and i have also gone to a manager and asked to have that dumb bitch fired because she couldnt figure out which was salt and which was pepper..
