Going to run a 4 HID light bar on the new car. I'll be running 4 of the small Fuego HIDS down low on the nose and nothing at the A-pillars. Whats beam pattern would you run on all the lights? Floods, pencil beams?

If you are all sand, I would run all floods. If you do desert and dunes, I'd run the outer two as floods and the inner two as spots.

If you are talking about running our 8" Lapaz lights on the light bar then I would run all "Driving" up there. For
the Fuegos, I would run 2 "Wide Cornering" and 2 of our new "Wide Driving" ( available in 2 weeks) on the front. Remember if you plan on mounting the Fuegos upside down make sure you rotate the lens.

I'd recommend all 4 floods.
If you really think you're going to run at speed on some flat ground, maybe 2 modified beams, but not spots. But for the kind of driving we do at Glamis, floods only.

I have 4 Hella 4000 Euro HID's on my light bar and will be mounting the Fuego 4" HID cornering lights either on my A pillar or on the front. I have not decided where yet.
The key is to stay away from the spots. Get driving or flood and cornering lights. I find that my hella's are so bright that I cant see anything to the side. That is why I'm adding the Fuego's.
Make sure you have grant put LED's on the rear for your running/ brake lights. And a LED dome light.
How mant total lights are you going to run total? ( 8 )
Have you concidered the LED light bar ?

all floods, unless the driving/cornering light has a wider beam then I would put the wider beam lights on the outsides and do the floods in the center.

It was tough enough when it was just spots or floods. Now you have spots, floods, driving, wide driving, and wide cornering.

I'll be running the cateye led tailights and with the led light strip on the rear roof line. I don't know if Grant is planning on doing the lighted Funco name in the trunk too.

Floods up top.
Make sure you have 2 Fuego wide cornering lights on the bumper.

I run four floods and three spots, seem to work good for me. I like having a couple spot beams for driving at higher speeds, on the flats.

I hear the same thing ALL the time... All floods and driving
beams for sand dunes is best, spots are for racing off road

I agree with SandFanatic. I have 2 Lazer Stars up front, 2 floods on the A piller and 4 spots in my light rack. If I hadit to do over again I would have gone with 2 floods on the outside and kept the spots in the center.

I run 2 floods and 2 spots. I like to drive fast, and that applies to night driving as well. If your rail is fast, you will outdrive the floods, trust me. If you don't have a lot of power, floods only will prob. be fine....
