Its coming, and when it does it will be huge. Quality takes time my friends. I am pulling my site off the net starting the day before turkey day and not turning it back on till 1/1/08. I will be taking up permanent residence at G, in 14 day increments of course, and driving the hell out of the car, making up for lost time.

Good for you Walt, I am soooooo jealous. You better get me those parts so I can give you your motor with all those big plans of yours!!!!!!!

The new ride came back from aluminum today.........friggin work of art.........yeah I know no pics. By the time I got to the shop they already had the car torn down, and the bodywork off, and were busy prepping it for powder which should be Friday. I will be heading back down there Friday and should get some pics then.

Pics from today........

Aluminum is done, most of the final welding is done. Goes to powder on Monday. White panels, black with silver vein frame, black beadlocks, chrome front arms, chrome kings with black springs / end caps, chrome light bar, side steps and grab handles.

Dates on the frame are the day my mom died and the date I got married, four days later. Shortly after my mom died I decided to order the car. Every day is a bonus.

Sweeet...Cant beat a SCU, a well built car. All good things take time. Definitely will be fun to "hit it" with this car.

All I want to be when I grow up is you bro.............actually its called black silver vein. The flash makes it look alot lighter. The top picture from the front view is closer (darker) to what it really looks like. More of a charcoal. Straight black is just too much of pain to keep clean.

Silver / Vein Hammertone is a great choice, it looks good with any other color and it holds up to abuse.
