Me and beardown are wiring head and tail lights for my sons trx90 and ran into a prob. we took out the old 50 watt stator and replaced it with the 90 watt from "RICKYSTATOR.COM" the prob is now it wont start im not sure if the wiring is crossed or what the prob is because it came with no instructions and they post none on there sight. we also have the ac voltage reguator wich isnt connected yet(not sure if it needs to be) any help would be greatly appreciated.

You've got the neutral safety wires backwards, that was my problem on my daughters 90 when I did her bike.
