Maybe buying one on the way to ocotillo for my mom for her b-day...

Whats a decent price out the door that I can haggle?

What are the options on long travel right now? Whats the best? Using uniballs/heims or using balljoints?

Whos making the best cages right now?

I might go full on custom depending on price especially if I can do custom for the prices that some of theses kits are going for..but i want to see my options..

Thanks

Oh ya and how much faster are they than a stock rhino..?

Permagrin
Dont even think about ball joints?

You know better...

Oh I know, trust me, Im just looking at different LT kits, and some have BJs and some are using heims, any using uniballs yet?

I would really like them and that is why I am leaning towards custom, my buddy owns Peterbuilt, the previous head welder of Amplified, he has been helping me prep my racecar and he knows his s***..

And your q is answered!

Jump on the 78 and check out the RZR that Rhino Mafia (Mafia Industries now) just built to race. Their RZR LT looks tough as hell and looked really good out at the Elsinore track. How much faster is the RZR than a stock Rhino? Quite a bit faster. Make sure you get a cage on it ASAP. The stock cage is a joke.
Oh yeah Rhino Mafias number is 760 419 4886.

Any pics online? Ive heard of them before, but I havent really done any research on any sxs because we have never really considered one until now...the rhino is a joke, but the RZR looks like it has potential...and it would be fun for my mom, she cant drive the racecar, but this weekend im putting her in the baja bug so i will see how she does in that..haha. But in reality if she wants to learn how to drive and someday drive or play around in my racecar or the baja seriously, she need something a little more "disposable" to learn in...same goes for my 18 yo brother..

They have a great rep, their kits perform great and they are right up the street from you. They have earned my business because they always do what they say they are going to do, no bs. Great crew down there that really stand behind their work. If I'm not mistaken, I think they have a slightly used RZR that they are selling too. Maybe they can save you from the stealership.

For sure, i'll call them tomorrow morning, if its got any mods, even better on the used one. Maybe I can even get a little "warranty" from them on thier stuff they got on it..

Try to go to the Sand Show at Orange County fair grounds next week end. I think there will be a lot of RZR's on display. Probably a good price in So CA would be around $12000.00 for a stock RZR. Out of the way smaller dealers maybe $11200.00 otd. Good choice and what a great present for your Mom. 25cheers.gif
Dirtracer
dont buy a set until u see procrafts arms! i think they should be done by the show.
Robbie
Well, did you buy one yet?

I agree with Dirtracer...Check our Procraft Industries.... They have been in the business from the beginning and know their sxs's. The cage isn't the only thing that is a joke with the rzr. The frame isn't all its cracked up to be either...
SandBlasterMotorSports
RZRCRAP.COM in Arizona has a killer longtravel kit
CRAIG_HALL
Procraft/ Rhinocraftt will have a few sets at the Sand show-- All arms boxed sheetmetal like ther previous Rhino arms with a few twists to set a new look -again, before everyone else !
ProCraft Industries
Definitely wait until the Sand Show and come check out our new RZR arms in building 16. We added a few surprises that we think everyone will be impressed with. The price has not been determined yet but will be available by the show. We have a list of pre orders and we are requiring a $500 deposit if you are interested to ensure your place on the list. ProCraft will also be giving 5% off all product purchased at the show when you mention glamisdunes.com. We are very anxious for everyone to see our new product and hope you will be as impreesed with them as we are here at ProCraft.
