Today our lawyer, David Hubbard, submitted the ASA’s response to the proposed critical habitat (CH) designation for the ISDRA. The ASA hired a consultant to review the economic analysis of the implementation of CH. Although CH does not necessarily equate to closures one must make that assumption when reviewing the economic effects of CH designation.
