well if their exhausts are oh so nice i'd think they would at least have a place where you could check them out. I've been trying their 259mm.gif website for a few weeks and it still doesnt show an exhaust listed on there.

Thanks for the welcome.

Our website guru dude has promised to get the much needed updates to our web site done this week.

He actually said Wed. but you know how these internet design type guys are . To be honest he's a great guy and I have every confidence it will get done.

The admin here are so dog gone efficient they had our forum up before I really thought it would be.

Not to worry, we have lots of trick 70 stuff lined up.

We have Wheels and Tires:

As well as the wheels with Sterdy bead lock look:

The graphics kits shown, Grab bar,

New Throttle assy's ....

as well as complete handle bar and control packages,

Once you have ridden a 70 with the higher bend handle bars and full size brake lever, you will wonder why
you didn't do it years ago. I know I did.

Thats just a sneak peak of what will be up and running by weeks end.

Did I mentioned the 88 kits built specifically for the ATC 70? icon_wink.gif

Well, we have to leave some stuff for the grand (re?) opening..... right? icon_biggrin.gif

Bansh88
nice. Can't wait to check out more stuff

Thanks, We're trying... 25bangin.gif web dude did his stuff now we can add product.

Here is the skinny on the exhaust....

We sold out of the 6 we had after rumpity rumps bike pic's

We are making a run of them now and should have them within the next 2 weeks.

The new exhaust systems will be a bit different, we are going to all 1 1/8 .035 stainless
tubing, with newly redesigned can's built in-house ,

We also will have systems that follow the same route as stock ( under the pegs)

Cool stuff, Keep checking the site as we will be adding stuff as fast as we can.

Just dropped off 2 70s with the guys at Sterdy yesterday to have some work done, can't wait to get 'em back, I will let you all know how it goes. They have a sweet deal on tune ups if you don't have the time to do it yourself. I'll probably have them throw an 88 one one of mine when I get the funds together.

Hey Ian glad you made it to the board,
Some good info and a good bunch of folks here.

Your bike are done, and ready to pick up.

The tranny issue on the one bike was just as I suspected, the shift stop lever.

Bikes are in nice shape, tranny issue bike has 135 psi of compression The other one had 150
both bikes run strong, and start first pull.

Let me know when you want to pick them up
Esco
how much for a tuneup:?
Catching The Fallen
See, now how about that. Dropped off the 2 70's late Wednesday and they are both ready for pickup Friday morning. Good service these guys have going.

Esco, the tune up was 150, it includes a load of stuff...

Clean Carb.
Clean Air Filter.
Add fuel filters.
Replace spark plug.
Replace points
Change Oil
Set timing
Adjust Valves
Free Diagnostic on overall condition of bike.

Now, i'll have to start saving up to put an 88 on one, don't need my 4 year old going faster than me, he's a lot lighter.

Catching The Fallen
Alright, well I picked up both my 70s last night from Robert at Sterdy, and I have to say........
I am stoked.
These guys really did a great job.
Thanks Travis and Robert.

There were a lot of extra things that were done that weren't even included in the tune up. Extra rings and hoses thrown on, things fixed and tightened down, way above and beyond what I expected. These things fire up first pull and run real sweet. Job was done fast and the work was great.

Thanks again guys, I'll let my buddies know where to go if they need parts or run into any problems with their 70s.

Ian,

It was a pleasure meeting You and Nicole, Its really cool that Nicole was just as excited about getting the 70's running
right as you were. I'm wondering just how much ride time the kids are really going to get! laughing.gif

Look forawrd to seeing you guys at the regatta.

Catching The Fallen
It was a pleasure for us meeting you as well....

We will definitley be at the regatta, and we will bring my son if I have him that weekend...he finally gets his 70 this weekend for his 4th birthday....picked him up a helmet, some gloves, he's ready to go.
He will be a little duner before ya know it.

Thanks again for getting them running in time for his birthday, and thanks for letting us take a spin on your suspension 70, that thing was cool.

By the way, we got LED tail lights that work great.

Talk with you soon.

Headlight

You can put the lever on the throttle side, like any bike that has a manual clutch

I just sent you guys some info via your site. Basically I have a 88cc kit on my 70 that I got from DrATV a couple years ago. I originally purchased a 110 kit but wanted it to be more kid friendly so I returned the crank. I had glendale Honda install the kit and have not been happy with it's performance. I have tried all kinds of differant jets and setting in the carb and I'm still not happy with. Honestly I think it ran better as a stock 70. I would like to take it to you guys for a "tune up" and see if you make it run any better.
