I bought a Grant wheel and adapter. It shows how to install, but not how to remove the old wheel. Before I mess something up, does anyone know the proper way to remove it?

take off bolt, bang with rubber hammer.

Yeah it is pretty easy. First you remove the plastic cover. It pops right out by hand or with a flathead screwdriver. Then you remove the nut in the center. I pulled on my steering wheel while my buddy tapped on it with a rubber mallet.

Note - When you install the new steering wheel be sure not to overtighten the nut. It doesnt need to be very tight. If you overtighten it the wheel will go on to far and will not turn. Then you you try to pull it off a little it is nearly impossible. I speak from experience.

Pull the nut off, then put it on slightly backwards, then hit it with a rubber mallet, whille pulling the steering wheel with your left hand
