has anyone here used or know someone who has used the new DMC alien pipes? if so can u feel the 14HP they are supposed to put out(when jetted correctly)?? this is for a banshee by the way. and what other pipes do you recomend and why?? thanks

14 hp is alot to expect.my neighbor got an alien for his raptor and didnt feel like it was a huge difference.

If I was you i wold run toomey t5s all my friends with banshees swear by them. I rode their bikes and they are really fast .

T-6's have bin dyno'd and proven 8 horsepower stronger than the t-5's so i would recomend you buy them before you get beat by the guy that did :mrgreen: .....i run fatty's and they are good pipes also but for a new pipe again i tell you toomey TR-6's www.toomey.com good luck and ride on

i would say not to run the dmc,s cuz i put them on my friends bike and jetted it for him and we ran against eachother and i was right with him. it didnt feel any different compared to my fmf fattys. they are a bit more costly too. it all depend on what you plan to do with your bike. run the hill or drag go with the toomey's more duning or all around riding id go with the fmf. but yeah i put the dmc aliens on my friend banshee and it didnt feel like no 14 hp. i didnt beleive it either. it felt like the same power as my fmf.

IMO the DMC's make a Noticable Diff over stock for sure (When Jetted Properly) just look at how restrictive those stockers are

Im not saying they are better than any other pipe , and 14HP ???? :roll: but they are decent.

Well, I just put DMC on my wife's Blaster and it made a HUGE different. She even noticed the big gain in power.

over stock you will see a big differance, 14hp, not likely in my opioion, but they will be comaprable to other pipes just as others have stated.

Forget the DMC's. Get some in frame CPI's and leave all others pipes in the dust, Toomey T-6's included..

I have the DMC 2 into 1 for my slightly modified Banshee. I love them. I would buy them again. I noticed a difference, very good power band. The power band is very diffrent from my buddies w/t-5's and Fatty's with the same mods. My bike is faster from the launch and 3/4 throttle, by that time I'm up the hill and the race is over. Very nice crisp throttle when duning

I WENT WITH THE TOOMEY T-6'S. ALSO GOT THE TOOMEY TWIST THROTTLE. THE ONLY PAIN WAS TAPPING INTO THE CARBS (FIRST TIME)... BUT I GOT THROUGH IT. I ALSO PUT ON V-FORCE REEDS, RE JETTING TO 280 AND PUT ON K&N AIR FILTERS. I TOOK OFF THE STOCK CARB CAPS, THERE GAY AND KNOW FRIENDS THAT HAD PROBLEMS WITH THEM. BUT THE DIFFERENCE IS NIGHT AND DAY. THANKS FOR THE INPUT GUYS.
