Ok folks, it is crunch time... so here we go

Saturday we'll be having a pot luck at the pound, everyone is welcome to attend and join in on the festivities We do ask that you bring a dish of some sort if you expect to partake in the dining though.

If you are going to be camping in a different location and transportation of the food would be a problem... hook up with someone that will be camped at the pound and work it out, you may even just provide a few $ ahead of time and they could pick up something for you ...really just want to ensure that there is enough food for everyone that would like to participate

Quick note, if you plan on bringing something that needs to be cooked then you need to make sure it gets cooked... if you can't cook it then work it out with someone that can

We'll be having the pot luck at 4:30 and ask that the food be out a few minutes before that.

We have quite a bit going on that day and a few things planned during the pot luck as well so plan on grabing a chair and hanging out a while

We'll have a bouncer (Thanks to Toyota-Trasher) and activities for the kids throughout the day... some of the items like EZ-ups, ice, water/juice, tables we'll need to get asap on friday or early saturday morning.


Here's a list of non-food items that we will need:
Tables - (~10)
EZ-ups - at least 4 (to be used mainly saturday afternoon for kids activities)
Large coolers - 3-4
ICE - lots (would like to have water/juice boxes/etc for the kids saturday for activities)
Lights - LOTS (lanterns are ok, tripod mounted halogens are great!)
Generator - for lights and bounce house
Plates, napkins, plastic ware

If someone wants to come by my place I have a EZup you can use, I'll even donate it to the pound for any other up coming events...

We picked up another EZ-up last weekend, so it's yours.

We have a table, and potato or macaroni salad. We can also donate some plates/napkins? Just let me know!

Picked up a 40 pack of pouch fruit drinks at Costco for the kids today.

I am down for a case of water for the community cooler too!

Dana is going to make, Rice crispy treats, Chicken Quesidillias, and Juice boxes.

*After the kids have wrapped up their activities we'll start setting up the tables for the pot luck... during the pot luck plan on bringing a chair and we should have plenty of tables to eat at/around... we'll have a bit of a ceremony and we'll also open up the floor to the vets
