The Power Plant... 2002 Suzuki GSXR 1000 150 RWHP icon_biggrin.gif

The Recipient... 2003 Yamaha Raptor
the Suzuki Z400 would have been the choice of frames,
but Z parts are hard to come by... Raptor's are a dime a dozen, go figure rollsmile.gif

The jig to hold it all straight once the frame cutting begins...
yes, there will be many more frame supports added to the jig before cutting begins

The Beginning...
yeah, I know it fits right now,
but the frame still needs to be cut and modified to get everything to line up nicely

And let's not forget the sound you all will be hearing... :dis:
You will know when I am coming... People will be miles away and say there's Crash

And shelves full of parts to put it all together after the modification's are complete...

Doug (King), That’s in his garage and that might be the mini-rail in the background that was suppose to be the original recipient of this engine.

Crash, good to see some progress on this thing. Have you decided what length of swing arm to use?

There is a snoballs chance in he11 that I might get the rail done for Halloween weekend. I am trying my best.

DID U GIVE UP OR WHAT?
Moto13
No, haven't given up, just hadn't found time to make much progress over the past couple months...

I started again last week. Cut the frame, mounted the motor, need to do a few little things, and it will go into the shop for exhaust. Going to be a little bit before it's up and running, alot of custom work needs to be done. Need to find another subframe now too...
