David Tyler Himmel 09/16/1991 to 11/10/2007



It is with profound sadness that we notify family and friends of the tragic death of David Himmel. David died while riding his dirt bike in Glamis , California . David had just turned 16 years old and had a passion for motorcycles from an early age and was an experienced rider.



David was a sophomore at Esperanza High School in Anaheim , California . He is survived by his father Henry, mother Ruby, his twin brother Ryan, younger brother Jacob, sister Jewels and a large loving family.



David will be missed by so many family and friends. The road ahead is a long one for those who grieve. One can only take comfort in knowing he died doing what he loved and is with our Heavenly Father.



Services and a celebration of David’s life will be held on Saturday 11/17/2007 at 10:00 am at Calvary Chapel, 5401 Fairmont Blvd. , Yorba Linda , CA 92886



Immediately following, burial will be at Forest Lawn, 21300 Via Verde Drive, Covina , CA 91724.



In lieu of flowers, a Memorial fund to help the family with burial expenses has been established at the Orange County Teachers Federal Credit Union (OCTFCU). Donations may be sent to OCTFCU c/o David Himmel Memorial Fund, Account 638851 located at 377 E. Chapman Ave. ( Suite 100 ), Placentia , CA 92870 (714) 258-4000.



The family would like to express it’s sincere gratitude for the outpouring of love and support from David’s family and friends. David was an exceptionally loving child who will live in the hearts of all who knew him.

We were camped near and saw all the emergency vehicles fly by. Our hearts sank and prayers immediately went up.
