Unfortunately I am selling my website because i am just too busy with my company to keep it going, and i am moving to the central coast sometime in September of 2008 so I will not be able to get to ocotillo wells much anymore... I paid $4000 for everything on the site. Traffic is growing raplidly with over 10,000 users a month on there , and this is great because i have done no marketing for it yet, but stickers, myspace, and word of mouth. There is potential $$$ in advertising as I have had several inquiries on that.

weather, maps, directions, survival guide, rules & regulations, photos, videos, news, live chat room, forum/ message board with OVER 1000 MEMBERS in only 5 months of the site being up which is huge.



I also have 1500 stickers that will be included with the site.



BEFORE I SELL IT I will have the news updated, 2 more paid ads up on the front page, new & updated videos on our videos section, and user sunbmitted photos up, where people can submit their own photos..

Ocotillo Wells is one of my favorite places to ride and i am bummed I just cant give this website the attention is needs and the users deserve more updated info, and my users also deserve my 110% attention to improve this site monthly, but i just cannot give that to them. So, the person who buys this site really has to keep this in mind. This site has so much potential ESPECIALLY since there are no websites on Ocotillo Wells. Glamis has like 5 sites. So, whomever wants first crack at it, let me know. I will give my friends on here first chance before i list it for sale on the internet for full price.. thanks for the support...
