What are the benefits of using those shocks with bags over the more common shocks others use?

QUOTE(Boat Guy @ Jan 11 2008, 11:11 PM)

What are the benefits of using those shocks with bags over the more common shocks others use?
1. At neutral ride height you'll have a softer ride, more responsive to the terrain.
2. As the air bags compress the spring rate progressively gets higher. Airbags provide a higher progressive rate and a more gradual progressive spring rate than springs can.
3. You can dial in the spring rate yourself, just add or remove air. Adding air is free and quick. Coil springs will cost money and take time to change the spring rate. You can't return springs for a refund if they're wrong and used.
4. When you have a heavier load than normal (4 big adults) or you want to do some serious jumping, simply add air to the air bags specific to your needs.

Grant,
I think Bobby forgot to mention this style of car, that is one bad _ss ride.. I showed my wife and she confirmed that is the car she wants instead of the Gen 5. I like the additional tin accents, it makes the car look sharp.. Very, very tempting!!
