i just spent my $90 and got a receipt that i have to send in for the real pass.i noticed on the back it said "100% of your fees are returned to the dunes".i also noticed there were 2 ranger trucks follwing each other checking for passes and one parking lot attendant checking passes on the way out. is overstaffing pass checkers where 100% of our money gets back to the dunes.going from $30 to $90 is already showing signs of a waste of money and its only been 3 weeks. >:<
