I have STU 33 blasters now and to want to try out Extremes for a change. What should I try?? I was thinking 1400 revolutions, anyone run these?? how tall are they? I know the Extremes seem to have had a bad rap in the past but want to try them myself and if I dont like them I will go back to the STU's. Thanks for the help...

I know this is a little late but you should stick with the stu. I have had them both, the stu is a better paddle.

I have the 16.50's with 4 seasons of duning they are starting to tear back. I'm not complaining at all, I think 4 seasons is very respectable especially hooked to a V8. The stu's are have rounder shape and tend not to slide as well as a flatter shaped tire(Extreme's). You could even go with the Dune Sports which slide even better but they don't hook up as well as a rounder shaped tire.
