My girlfriend just bought a blaster and I am curious to see what anybody here got theirs for.

We got a 2004 white/red blaster ( hard to find and deal on ), FMF pipe Silencer, Renthal Bars, Jet Kit, Rear Paddles Rims ( Sand Shark or sand skate) $4400 is this a good price.

Got a 03 for $3400.00 OTD didn't get all that aftermarket stuff .

I still got screwed cause...... It's a Yamaha :x

Been in the shop more than its been in my garage.

Get rid of the oil injector at your earliest opputunity.

if your happy with what you paid, don't ask. It can only ruin your day....

I second the oil injection comment by Tres. They are known for plugging up and making your motor seize. It seems sand and the blaster don't mix. Buy the block off plate and run straight pre-mix. It's a pain to mix it sometimes but it sure beats re-building the top end (Or worse, the entire engine). They are great little bikes other than that.
SHOCKER
The people who had my blaster before me seized up the whole engine because of the oil injection, so they got a new engine and it runs great

like big had said, if you think you paid right then leave it be. also get the oil block off plate so you dont have to worry and wonder if your blaster is getting what it needs then you can also try different ratios. good luck
SHOCKER
