I'm trying to get my new WER shocks installed and am having problems figuring out how to adjust the sway bar. The instructions read:
Loosen upper sway bar bracket bolt and move sway bar bracket to be flush with end of sway bar.
If you look at the attached pic, A & D look too close to the shock. Unless I'm confused, if C is the sway bar bracket, it looks like it's already at the end and flush. So what gives? Any advice?

What are you installing them on?

A RZR. Another forum suggested flipping the bolt near the A, but I'm not sure if that will give me any space at D--where it's touching the spring.

The guy who suggested flopping the bolt sounds like a pretty smart guy... hehe. Hard to tell but you might even mount the sway bar on the out side of "B". You may want the sway bar bracket higher up on the sway bar not flush. I'd just take it apart and play with it. I got a good idea mail me those WERs and I'll mount them up and test out the best placement of the sway bar setup!! lol hurry up and get it going so I can read what you think of the shocks.

You might want to just disconnect it and roll it up out of the way. Or remove b & c from points a & d. You will need a spacer or a shorter bolt on the bottom shock mount. We did some testing with the AFCO's yesterday and tried it disconnected. You really couldn't tell the difference, but we were in the sand. Try it. AFCO's don't have piggyback reservoirs so the conflict is a non issue.

I'm not sure what happened... but when I pulled the RZR out to show the shocks to a buddy they had plenty of clearance. Maybe the suspension just needed to settle down after being jacked up--I dunno. I'll keep an eye on it for a while.

Be Careful!!! Put the floor jack back under the front and jack it up until the tires are off the ground (full droop). Check your clearance again.
