geckos do not hook up well. If your just dune crusing, then any will work good.

Not a big fan of the molded style paddles. Geko's have't to be the worse there just way to heavy .Look at the Edge's by Skat-Trak great all around tire that kicks up a good roost biggrin.gif .

Skat Trak Haulers

I would recomend skat track haulers, extreme haulers, sand skate tires as well. I just talked to the guy who makes sand skates and he is a nice informative guy that exsplained to me that his tire was lighter and better than other turning tires. I dont know anything about tires but this is just what he said. Good luck in your purchase and make sure that you get LIGHT tires that hook up well.
SAL
SKAT TRAK HAULERS... I just got some and I'm sold on em....
TANK
8 paddle skat trak extreme haulers....and about ur v-force reeds....dont over tighten the cage screws or else you WILL break the reeds and burn ur engine up...and my machinest said they dont really do much unless your full out racin drag bikes....GREAT news i know i almost smacked myself, just be careful and DUNE HARD! yeeeeeehaw!

yeah... 8 paddle haulers.. I got 20x10x10 8 paddles on 9 inch wide blue label douglas wheels... people say you can't turn as well with them but I don't see that being the case... good luck wit whatever you buy..

OR, get the Skat-Trak Edge. same as hauler, but, with a curved blade fore better turning!

ive ridden both skat traks on the same day on VERY closely modded banshee's (all work done by same people)...the edge-better turning if you like to slide but makes cresting a bowl more difficult cuz the back end wants to slide out, they hook up pretty good but not as well as the haulers...hauler-better hook up for straight line riding and dragging but if you ride in the power band most of the time you can easily slide the back end out and have some fun as well......my opinion is if your gonna go with a straight paddle get the extreme haulers. if you want better turning and a good (not great) hookup in an angled paddle i would go with sand skate II's....i got the sand skate II's when i bought my shee and they were and are still in pretty bad shape but still take me wherever i can see AND i can out turn any straight paddle there is...next paddles will be the haulers but for more dune riding i would get the sand skate II's...good luck and dune hard YEEEEHAW!

ive found that if you run a sand tire up front like the mohawk turning is no big deal, all the traction you lose in the back with the haulers can be made up in the front, I got the 20X10X10 10 Paddle Haulers and i will never buy anything else

Thank you everyone I Purchased the Skat Trak Hauler 20X10X10 8 paddle on polished douglas rims hope to have alot of fun this weekend on the poker run . DUNE SAFE!!!

I have the 9 paddle haulers and they hookup hard but dont turn for shiat under power. I have tried the geckos and didnt like them, even though the hualers dont turn well I would not trade them.
