i was blessed at gordons this past weekend without even knowing it. i found out about it from my brother. i guess i need to watch the sky more next time. we were out pretty deep in the dunes and i guess a friend paid us a visit on our journey through the sand. i was told that the hawk was almost following us. i wish i got to see him cuz my bro didnt know how special it was to see that bird out there. i guess he is with all the dunes and keeps an eye on us out there. maybe next time ill keep a better eye on the sky while i ride.

We saw Mr. Redtail out by the big bowl around wash 24, we call it the sugar bowl. But oh he was cruising so low, and he was awesome, big, beautiful, and knew how to run them dunes like a pro

OH YEA, Mr. Red can dune like no other. As a matter of fact, he taught Slap a few pointers on how to glide through them transitions. Keep an eye on the sky, cuz he sure do like it when you talk to him. And, he is quite healthy this year, and it looks like he's got all kinds of grub to keep him in good shape...Rooster is on the mission to get Slap another shot of Mr. Red...He has the knack for capturing him on film. Can't wait to see what he can do.
