I'm back too!
Damn, there are no Dunes in Florida, unless you count using the beaches for your Hotwheels and Tonka collection.
Am drooling and being extra jealous of you all enjoying Mother G and her fine attributes out there.....rip some bowls for me.
Have got some cool pics to share from the trip across the Great US of A, and a few places Uncle Sam sent me.
Be back on the postin' board soon
adios!!
Damn...got any Carne Asada????

Okay, grab an ICDB and find your favorite seat, sit back and I'll tell ya all a tale about a ride gone wild.....
Waking up in the moring you look out your bedroom windo, here the sounds of the cranes and egrets feeding on the frogs and fishes near your own marsh dock, watch the squrrels scrabble over your oak trees and chase each other over your deck. As you sip the first cup o'coffee, you wonder when the winds will blow you west, towars the land of the sifting sand, the sudden gust that shapes the very earth you were born to explore and traverse over. As day breaks, you gather your gear and head down the road, across the Intercoastal, home of some fine fishing and waterskiing, closer to the famed beaches of Florida, home of the ever setting sun and palm draped hotels, site of more Hooters per sq mile than any other place on earth (for you JET.... :-P ) You spend your day amid people who can talk about anything to do with football, baseball, NASCAR or basketball, can show you where to fish for anything you'd like, except for salmon; take you hunting for deer or pig, and even some things you wouldn't want your stepmother to eat. But try as you may, when you mention 'Duning', 'Shredding', 'Razorbacks', or try to talk about the merits of two-stroke vs four-stroke, or suspension limits in a 4-seater with a Northstar vs a turboed-V6 honda; they get this look upon their faces like you just wandered in from Mars.
How I miss Mother G and all her great peeps!!
It's not that bad folks, still looking for a place to ride the bikes and to stretch the big ol' F250 out. Out here the Hiway speed is 45-55 (whoa, I mean WHOA!!!) had to buy a RAV4 for commuting and parking ease. Diesel doesn't grow on every corner around here. Great weather, and lots of shrimp and crab. Have almost an acre filled with trees of every shape and size...right on a marsh. Mosquito heaven!!!
Am going to do some exploring of the neighborhood tomorrow, pics to follow. Gonna see if I can get stuck! Oh yeeah!
