Slappy
Not every day is a perfect day. As a matter of fact, many of us have been involved in personal conflict with someone else at one time or another. These conflicts can consume our thoughts every waking moment. It can get so bad that, whatever the problem may be, it can be our last thoughts before we fall asleep, and our first thoughts once we awake. It can last days, even years. These feelings can hurt you in more ways than one, and can put in jeopardy other aspects of your life. Although your mind will tell you something else, do everything in your power to make things right, even if it means dropping the ego that has become cemented in stubbornness. Does this mean you are a weaker person? Absolutely not, and quite the contrary; you have become the stronger person.

You be the one to take the first step and make it right.

Hanging on to bitterness is like taking a bottle of poison and expecting someone else to die.

Fine words, Slappy.

You is welcome hogster.

Those knots deep inside don't feel good, ever. And in the course of it, many people will tell you, "Just forget about it." Almost impossible, and easier said than done.

You will find that most people are forgiving, and would much rather leave on the side of good, granted that you make the effort to make it better.

Hard words to follow, and Slap hisself is learning as he goes.

here here Esco...every day should end with a happy ending!!!!

On a serious note..I always tell my kids that what seperates us human animals from all other animals is choice. I don't allow them to say how someone else did this or that and how it "pissed them off"..how someone else got them mad, etc.
I make them own their behavior.....
nobody can make us feel the way we do..and to empower them is to blame outward for inner feelings...but inner feelings are a choice we choose..we choose it..we own it..we are accountable for them..nobody takes that from us..unless we freely give it to them....
you are accountable for your feelings ALWAYS!!!!!!
thats not to say we wont disagree with others....but how we react, what we say next..that my friends is a personal choice we chose....
and that is the difference between animals and human animals....

You're right, I'm wrong, I'm sorry!
