I just received word that CORVA has signed on to support the removal of DEMO FEE from the BLM and two other land management agencies.
I will be looking for the official CORVA announcement. If anyone has any information concerning this I would be greatful!
This is great news!

I've got my e-mail(s) out to the key decisionmakers within CORVA. Should have an answer soon.

Thanks duck,
I'm guessing there will be an anouncement soon.

I'll be interested in seeing this announcement too.
In speaking with Ed Waldheim, it has been clear from the beginning that he steadfastly opposes a fee program for the Barstow off-road sites.
But in all of our conversations he has never said that Glamis should not have one; Ed has been involved in the same OHVMR discussions as the rest of us and has seen first hand what happens when we remain beholden to that commission.
VOR, what do you mean by "signed on to support" and who signed on?

Well, I would obviously like to give Ed and CORVA the chance to make the announcement, but Mr. Funkhouser with the Western Slope No Fee Coalition states:
| QUOTE |
| The California Off Road Vehicle Association (CORVA) officially sign on opposing Fee Demo in the three agencies today. Many thanks to them.----RF |
In an e-mail list.
I had just been told by Mr. Funkhouser, last week, that CORVA was "thinking" about doing this.
Exactly to what extant that support will go is still unknown.

Now that Ed Waldheim is on the OHMVR Commission things can only get better.
