So what do you guys think of Skat-Trak’s new tires?
8, 9, and 10 paddle/bar for about $90 ea.
Terrain TrakFor sand, mud, snow, and hard surfaces...
Desert StormFor sand along with hard surfaces...

Those are ugly. Has anyone seen the new ITP Sandstar paddles? They are said to be the #1 tire for sand. Faster then the Haulers and the Sandskates. They look good too.

My brother has those ITP rears on his banshee. Seem to hook up pretty good even when he had alot of air in them.
Sister in law has the fronts on her 250trx. Didn't hear any complaints.
I think the rears look badass!

I have the front and rear. Both for the 10" rim. On the website, it only showed for a 8" on the rear.

Yes, they had a rear in Temecula Motorsports, and it looked pretty cool. The rubber was real flexible - just hope they last ok. So I ordered front & rear on polished itp rims.

I got the sand stars front and rear for my raptor, last weekend the sand was somewhat wet, I couldn't keep the front end on the ground they hooked up so good, I ran skate II's before, I will never buy skates again, they were falling apart after 1 season, thought it was just me, but a buddy has a suzuki 400 and they are doing the same, ITP's are alot cheaper too, gotta love it.

Hey Ian...what sizes are you running on your raptor?

not sure, it is in the trailer, I know they are 10" rims, I think they are 21 or 22, I got them at fun bike center, they had them on the floor already mounted on rims and everything, I did originally buy them for the 450, and the fronts for the raptor, but I had to make the tires on the raptor match, so the 450 got last seasons haulers.

I don't understand how you can use the new skat-traks on hard pack. I was told those kind of paddles (or whatever you call them) would rip right off of the tire since they're not originally part of it. Same with haulers and the paddles on my kx500. Maybe these are attached to the tire better? Either way they look like shiat.
ITP's are the way to go.

I ran the new ITPs on the rears of my Yam 450 this weekend - holly sh*t what a difference. I had to re-learn the bike to keep the front end on the ground, even at the top of the bowls. Really pissed off some 250Rs at Olds - yippee!

Those ITP's are sweet tires! Maybe they'll come out with some crazy style for my dirtbike.
