To all you Glamis people, I need some help.
I'm looking for a reference to a good custom trailer manufacturer or maybe a reference to a trailer manufacturer who makes this type of design; I'm looking for an enclosed toy hauler with all the typical stuff (wide rear door, etc.) but with a raised floor to eliminate the interior wheel wells. Also, possible dove tail design from behind the rear axle and storage (like a motorhome) under the floor in front of the front axle.
Has anyone seen a trailer like this? Are there any forseen problems with a raised floor design?
This would eliminate my need to remove my buggy front tires to squeeze between the wheel wells or having to drive over the wheel wells.
I'm located in San Diego, so a builder in So Cal or Arizona would be the most covenient.
Thank you.

Callen Camper Co. in El Cajon can make about any trailer you want. They've been building them since the 60's. Check them out....

Thanks for your response! Do you have pictures (inside and out) of your trailer you can post? If you had to do it over are there any changes you would make?

My Thor Vortex also has the raised floor. It's put together better than most I think. I have had ZERO problems with it since I bought it 2 years ago.

Carson Trailer will also build one like this for you and they have some pretty nice options like the big guys do, they will pretty much make anything you want.
