I want to put a curved windshield in my Sandlimo Cruiser but most of the ones I’ve seen have a flat windshield. I saw a Cruiser at the Parker 425 Pre-Fun Run with a curved windshield but I didn’t see the driver around to ask questions. Anyway, if you have, or know of anyone who has a Sandlimo Cruiser with a curved windshield I want to find out what glass they used…out of what vehicle. I also want to see if they like it or not. Curved, wouldn't have it any other way...

it's my car with the curved windshield, i had a guy build the frame for me. I'll check on the glass we used i know it had to be cut. pm me and i can give you more details. if a few guys wanted them i have a guy who could make it out of fiberglass

Yes, he recommended going with flat glass but I really want the curved look.

The reason he Recommended a flat is he doesnt know how to do a curved...... If you PM haywire he can get ya hooked up on a curved..

hay james, I'll call you tomarrow about the cars. that pre run was a great time were you racing our playin. on the windshield joe told me the same thing so i got people that can really do nice fab work. the problem we have sand cars and their not made for prerunning.

We were racing a 1600 car...were you racing? Yeah, they aren't "offical" pre-runners but with a few mods and the right desert setup then can work ok in the desert. I've taken mine to a lot of desert and and it seems to work well but it can't keep up with my friend's Alumicraft Pre-Runner over the real rough stuff. I don't have the money to shell out for a new car so I've got to work with what I've got.
