ATV Certification Courses

Classes available for children and adults.

Ages 6 to 11 (on 50cc machines)
Ages 12 to 15 (on 70-90cc machines)
16+ (on 90+ machines)

Classes are free for children under age 18 through a State of California subsidy.
Classes are $125 per student for participants 18 years and older.

*Many ATV manufacturers will pay for certification classes if participants are riding a newly purchased, appropriately sized unit. To see a list of participating manufacturers, visit www.atvsafety.org

Class participants must bring the following gear:
Helmet
Goggles or windshield
Over-the-ankle boots
Full-finger gloves
Long-sleeve shirt
Pants

At the end of the course, participants will receive an ASI Completion Card. Once the necessary paperwork is filed, participants will also be certified with the State of California.
