Well being 15 and weighing 155 pounds and riding a blaster isnt pulling me around enough, its slower than my grandma, and is way to small for me,

Im begging my parents to get me a new quad for christmas,
I want to go to a 4-stroke and not interested in a banshee, do to price for enginne work, twice the cylinders and twice the price,

I want a light quad to man handle, and i want to have enough power to hold me when i get old and fat,

I really like the raptors, and I really like the z400's and the kawasaki 400,

Im not interested in the warriors or the 300exs, the honda 400's are for wimps (my blaster has over half the ponys of the 400)

the predators are nice and the new 450's are a tad pricey, the v-force and DS650 are to heavy, and no utility quads

the 250r's are older than my grandma and 3-wheelers dont meet the requirments,

What are the best prices and choices for me?
Where is the best place to get z400's and kawasaki 400's for a good price?

if you want the 400 just decide what color you want more. since they are the same

best price I think is the suzuki 400, it is a few hundred less than the raptor, and with mods can be a very quick bike, then there is the raptor, I have one, love it, but as soon as you throw a pipe on it, start thinking of a swingarm cuz it wheelies like no other, and not necessarily by choice, on the pricy side yami 450, awesome bike, have one of those as well, bought it for my little bro (16). he weighs in around 150, we are even up the hills, my raptor has a pipe too, he is bone stock, if you can swing it, I vote for the yami 450, it costs more, but you dont have to do much to it, it is already bad a$$, suspension is already trick, mods arent really needed, get a suzuki, add some mods, that equals the price of a 450 and it still doesnt perform as good, that is my 2 cents worth, good luck

I'de go with the Z400 or the Kawi version. Artic Cat also has a version if you like red.

A friend of mine has the Z400. Its a very nice bike. He loves it. I've ridden it and I really like the way it handles and just how smooth it is. I can't wait to give it a run after he gets a pipe on it.

Get a Predator. You'd get the most outta your daddy's hard earned dough. The biggest plus is that you'd be saving a bunch on suspension and you can manhandle it:) Not saying this cuz i have one

If you don't want the good fast ones, be different and get teh Artic Cat DVX 400, it's a Suzuki z400 in prettier shell. They got some really cool plastics for that.

I dont like the pointy look to the artic cat, but i like the style of the z400 and kawi 400

the kfx also come in orange for 04. I have the grren 03 model awsome bike. But the yami 450 is a better bike. Engine and suspension.

yes it is, it was hard to justify to myself paying $1,400 more for a 450 than my 660, and they were both new, but I am sure alot of that was due to financing the 450, paid cash for the raptor. but the bike is worth it, now I dont have to put new a-arms and stuff on it right away.
