I saw some warnings posted that we shouldn't post certain things since others may use it against us. One trend I have noticed on certain websites is that if you are using the site, you are agreeing to the terms of use, which is a contract that from what I can tell, is binding. I would suggest GD.com draft thier own contract and put in it that no one can use content without paying for it, or no one can use posts as evidence or whatever. I'm pretty sure hp.com or Xerox.com has examples of what I'm talking about.
