How about the courts "try" this; throw this absoulutely absurd lawsuit out of the court and and file an injunction to keep the stupid bunnie huggers from filing again within the next 2 million years.
Set up a soup kitchen. 22,000 peices of fried bird will feed a lot of bums.

This might actually help us in our fight to keep our dunes open, I can only imagine how some of the legislators (who were lobbied by CBD for the use of wind power in the first place) may be feeling. This could cause a lot of loss of credibility for CBD, and an erosion of it's own legislative supporters!
Remember, politicians are geared by votes and if something, or some group loses “vote catching power” then watch the winds of change blow!

I think this about the wasted food;
one, as big as those blades are, it's gonna really splatter the bird
two, to get any really useful amount of food from them, we're gonna have an arguement with the coyotes
or finally, three, what food is left on the propellers is gonna have to get scrapped off every day or it'll dry out and not be so good.

If you coated the blades with salt wouldn't the combined effects of the wind, sun, and salt make for bird jerky?
