The motor is stock (9hp) and has a lift with ITP rims and has a carbon fiber dash. It also has front lights and running lights. It has a 12 volt plug in for a cigarette lighter or a flood light or charge your cell phone. It is street legal for roads under 25MPH. It has a California plate on it. The title says it's a 1988 but it is a 1991. It slows down going uphill due to the tires but on flats and downhill its great. I pick my daughter up from school now in it since its street legal. I have never had it in the sand so I can't say how it will do out there. My neighbor had it out in Ocotillo and said it ran nice out there.
