Our toyhauler was broken into this weekend and the scum made off with my new KTM 505 SXF, Stephanies new YZ250F, and our TRX450 quad.

I cant even think straight right now but make sure your stuff is insured, and make sure you park your stuff in your bedroom.

Looks like Glamis 08 season is on hold for us as of right now.....

More and more it seems like Insurance is the only way to have nice things anymore.

what sux is for people that finance these toys, and insurance won't even give them the payoff amount!!

Friend of mine's banshee was stolen out of the back of his truck, we thought it was long gone, that sunday he gets a call from the police to identify the bike, guys that do that kind of stuff are always getting found .

that piss's me off! I hope they find them. post vin numbers and call local dealers with the vin's.

That sucks, sorry to hear this. People ask me sometimes why I park my buggy and quads in the garage and not in my TH, that's why, seems like TH's are getting broken into all the time, even at your house!

Nope, nothing that is motorized that should have it's own policy is covered. cars, jet skis, quads.

The Trailer was in my friends lower lot out by Orange Crest near Wood and Van Buren.

I went last night to check the trailer out and you can see the tracks from the bikes going through the fence and down the hill. Made me want to scream....among other things.

Anyway...

The Vin# for the KTM is VBKMXN4308M336250 Its a 2008 505 SXF. It was bone stock so nothing to really set it apart.

The Yamaha Bike Vin is JYACG2707A006854 it is a 2007 Blue YZ250F again, stock.

The Quad VIN is 478TE30094A013838 It is a 2004 Honda TRX 450 in red. also stock

My Titan Suspension guy is over on Mariposa (Just east of Wood) in Riverslide.. He has found some Rhino's and other tossed away stolen stuff over by his house.. I'll send him a message with your info and see if he finds anything..

Keep in mind that most security camera systems aren't in working condition. If they are working chances are you won't see anything like faces or license plates because the owner cheaped out on the cameras and number of cameras. There is nothing worse than a false sense of security. I see it every day.

Ask your storage yard to review something from a few days ago. I bet it doesn't work...

Sorry to hear about your stuff being stolen. Storing without the wheels may be an option...

Thats true. We use cameras at the hospital just as a scare factor. Half of them don't even work and the ones that do look like the person just came out excitebike they are so blurry.

BTW- Thefts are on the rise. Mostly tweekers and ass wipe kids from POS families.

Had a car stolen from in front of my house on 6/4/08. Received a call on fathers day from Mo Valley PD to come retrieve it pronto. Got to the address there was 6 PD units there. POS white trash house in a neighborhood reminded me of Compton. Gave me the creeps just being there. So these tweekers had stolen the car, and had been driving around in it for a couple of weeks. Figured they had been to Mexico in it as I found some Peso's on the floor. what got the PD involved is they also stole a nice Dodge pickup the night before and it was sitting in the driveway. Spent some time talikng to the thiefs mother, and she told me it's her kid, and he keeps bringing in these punks and women into her house and she can't get them to leave. She diden't even own a car and walks to work nights at target. So the PD managed to get 4 of them, and their now sitting in cells at the Presley Ctr (Jail) in Riverside
