Im getting ready to connect up the P/S lines and I need some help. The pressure side is pretty straight forward. I got the AN adapter fitting and that was easy. But on the return side the steel tube on my pump faces to the rear of the car. I have a pump very similar to this one.



How do you run the line to that? Do you bend the line to change the direction of it. Is there a pump with a Resi that has the fittings on the rear? Any pictures would be great. I tried to bend the tube on mine and I think I f'ed it up. So I am going to the junk yard tomorrow is there a certain pump I want to look for? I have the Lq9 motor but the LS1 pumps look the same.

id just cut the old return line off and use a weld on an male fitting.

that wont damage the pump?
