I am in the process of putting my Mendeola E into my sandrail and was wondering if you guys mount them at an angle or level. If you do mount them at an angle how much of an angle.

Thanks

mine is mounted at about 10degree angle. Most cars will typically mount at 7-10 degree.

Are you welding or bolting the mounts in.

10deg is very common and is found on most rear engine subie's, actually you would like to keep the tranny fairly flat but it's the engines oil pan that would cause you to tilt your tranny more or less , I like a flat bottom on my buggies so if you just imagine that your tranny/engine combo were on a flat table, however the tranny is sitting at this point should be close to the angle the trans will be installed. good luck.
