Glenn, I think you're the TRT representative who is working on the fee demo survey/cost recovery survey, right?
With all the hupla about enforcing camping regulations at the ISDRA, it might be a good idea to add that issue to the survey.
I know people are wanting the survey to be thorough (for instance, if someone says yes they want dumpsters at Glamis, the survey should also ask them if they're willing to raise fees to pay for it), so I'm sure this one will be handled the same way.
A two-part question maybe... something like "do you believe the camping regulations should be heavily enforced?" and then "If yes, do you want to increase fees to have these regulations enforced?"
Just a thought.

Yes, I am the "chair" for the ISDRA TRT Survey. The good news is that the survey is in final draft review right now. We hope to have it live on a ISDRA TRT web site right after the first of the year with hard copies soon after that.
I will pass your suggestion on to the other members for their thoughts. We do have at least one question regarding law enforcment on the survey.

I'll be interested in seeing the question about law enforcement... IMHO there's a great big difference between enforcing a drinking-and-driving law and a parking violation.
