The Question is.....
If I am Camping at Gordons Well do I need to buy a pass for my primary vehicle like if I were camping at Glamis?

Yes. You are required to have one anywhere in the ISDRA.

You use the same pass for Glamis, Gordon's and Buttercup.

They were stopping everyone today in and out at the Wash road checking for pass.

Um, technically, the passes aren't for "Glamis", they are for the ISDRA, the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area...AKA, the Algodones dunes which includes Gordon's Well. There is a pay point down there.
