The xr has been sitting for 6 months. And went to start it and there was no spark! What could have happened???

check the wiring
is the key in it
did a mouse eat something?
is a wire unplugged
if not that
is the spark plug bad
is the cap making contact on both ends
is the ignition coil working
is the cdi working
basically start by checking all the wires and chit
and the key too
and then go from there

anyone have the wiring diagram?
I think i may have switched acouple wires around and they got mixed up...
And the spark plug cap is broken, you can see the contact thing in it..
