Do you offer agreed upon value or market?
If it's market value, what happens if you total it out a frame that is no longer in production?
Is there an inspection required?
If I am at the drags and roll my car 5 times does that void the insurance? (un-sanctioned/sanctioned racing? EPO racing?)
Has there ever been a claim that was denied?

In my 21+ years I have never encountered a Claim that got denied for any of the Off Highway or Dune Buggies I have insured. I have never found a Buggy Policy that is an "Agreed Value" or "Replacement Cost", what is available is ACV which means that once you choose the amount of coverage on your vehicle that you feel is appropriate then that amount would be the most the insurer will be liable, subject to what the Market Value would be for your vehicle if it were available to purchase today with the same Build, Frame, Components and Condition. When a loss or total loss occurs the claim value is what the claim value is and you are paid that amount. If YOU choose to not rebuild the same frame or if a frame builder is out of business you can spend your claim money where you like. Back to ACV when a value is determined by the adjuster they are not using Fire Sale values, at least this has not been my or my client experiences. ACV is also what 95+% of the street vehicles are covered for as well, the market dictates the values and the vehicles get repaired or if a total loss the client is compensated with a value that should allow them to go into the market and purchase a vehicle that is the same type, year and condition. The policies I sell have exclusion for Racing and Jumping Contests. If you are doing a driving course for time that is not a problem, the EPO is not "Racing"

Don and his son are stand up guys. They were more than helpful with all my questions. Make sure you ask them straight up questions - they won't BS you. Throw the what if's at them....

We may end up suspending our coverage in the next few weeks - I have a potential buyer for my car. After finishing the paperwork - the buyer is getting Don's number. Next car (if that happens) or if my car is still sitting in my garage next year will be covered by Don.
