I am looking to possibly change insurance for my Rhino, vehicles and trailer. I am with Foremost on the Rhino right now. It is a 2008, 700EFI, 4 seat with harnesses, suspension seats, full cage and roof. I also have a 2006 Chevy 3500 CC Dmax dually, 2004 WW 3505 LE, 5th wheel and a 2007 Honda Odyssey. Truck is driven about 20,000 miles per year as a commuter and on trips. Van is driven 7,500 or less miles per year.

Current coverage on the Rhino is $15k/$30k bodily injury, $10k property damage each accident, collision ACV, other than collision ACV, $500 deductible However, the vehicle is listed as a Yamaha Raptor 700R on the policy, probably because the motor is the same as in the Raptor. Cost for that policy is $154 per year. I would like to up the coverage a bit without the price going way up.

The vehicle and trailer policy is currently with Liberty Mutual. Coverages are $100k/$300k on everything, $5k medical payments, collision deductible $500, other than collision deductible $250. The annual premiums are $1,684 on the truck, $535 on the van, $147 on the trailer. No tickets, 1 minor accident in the truck almost 3 years ago. Looking to possibly increase my coverage or keep same and reduce my costs on these vehicles, if possible, let me know.

I just bought my sand rail on the 24th of Dec. and Foremost hasn't called me back yet. I sent an email thru your website. I'm really in need of insurance, since I financed part of my new sand rail.
I think this was a very informative post, and it's made good by people putting in plugs for you. I'm ready to give ya some money. I have a 39' 2006 GearBox also, can you write a policy on that too? I'm in Tucson, AZ.

Not very good at returning phone calls.....I talked with Michelle about a policy for a Buggy I just purchased last week. I called Monday and still no call back after she said she would!! Sucks to be left high and dry with no insurance before the new years weekend!! I could have been shopping around other places with people happy to help me. Why advertise here and not take care of calling people back?? Wasted my time...

Sandseeker, I did not here from Michelle until Tuesday Jan. 5. By this time I was already covered by a company that we called on December 30, and they where kind enough to have a policy number on the morning of the 31 while we were driving to Glamis. don, does $150 for basic liability and over $1000 for full coverage sound right? no prob with the liability, but was kind of hoping for some kind of insurance on my rail. 2006 ag sand car, 4 seat, 35k value. those are per year. that is my local farmers agent quoting through foremost.

wow.....since I don't write insurance in Washington I don't know the rates up their, but it doesn't sound too bad,. Here in CA I would be less but compared to my competitors in CA some are asking 3x what you are quoted for the same coverages. Good Luck and I hope you ride using Wrist Restraints for your personal safety. They just make sense.

Who provides the coverage? Is it foremost?

I just dropped Foremost.

I need to get insurance for my car. But it was an arm and a leg with Foremost. Since it is in the Garge or the Summer I upped my Homeowners and get of cheaper.

But will need to get set up come October.

Thanks Darcy, We do get very invoved in the claims process when they happen. I am certain Grant at FUNCO can vouch for this. He recieve the Rolled Buggy 2 weeks ago and the Apraisal, Authorization all completed and the Client has the repair check in hand - ready to give to Funco when the Buggy is finished. Well Don, it think its time to sell the buggie. Heidi and I have good times in it. Haven't had one issue with her. did some upgrades and some maintenance. she is good to go! Going to do a new build. Going to do a custom cockpit for me.
