I know for tie rods i need 1ea of L and R handed threads per side, but what about the arms themselves? does it matter, can they be all R handed threads or should 1 pair of arms be L handed and the other pair be R?

The heims on my a-arms are all right handed.

It only makes life easier on tie rods. Otherwise they can all be the same. RH is the more common.
